At Aura, I designed the core strategy and prompt architecture for the AI financial coach, translating the product vision into a scalable, intelligent user experience. After defining the PRD, I mapped the coach's foundational use cases across budgeting, saving, and investing, then creating these into modular workflows that could evolve as the AI's capabilities expanded. I developed the initial system prompts and designed the conversational scaffolding to balance guidance with autonomy. My work also included defining the tone and voice of the coach, scripting goal-setting interactions, and collaborating with engineers to test and iterate on prompt logic. By aligning prompt engineering, UX, and product strategy, I helped establish the AI coach as the core interface layer through which future features like spending analysis and risk profiling will be delivered.
