At a startup building a BI co-pilot, I lead the design of the agent’s information architecture and conversational content strategy. I focus on how users interact with data through natural language, organizing complex insights into intuitive, layered flows that support both exploration and decision-making. I design the structure of responses to ensure clarity, relevance, and actionability, working closely with data and engineering teams to align model outputs with user intent. I craft prompt templates and response frameworks that help the AI translate raw data into narratives, surfacing trends, anomalies, and recommendations in a way that feels human and trustworthy.
